Pricing

Straightforward pricing for teams that move goods

Start with a pilot, grow to enterprise scale. Gallatin pricing is based on active routes per day, not per user seat. Add as many dispatchers and coordinators as your operation needs without affecting your monthly cost.

Three tiers, one dispatch engine

All tiers include the full AI routing engine. Crisis escalation mode is included at no additional charge across every tier. Humanitarian organizations with specific mission needs should contact us about relief pricing.

Pricing and contracts

An active route is any dispatch job that Gallatin plans, scores, or re-optimizes within a 24-hour window. If a delivery is split into legs, each planned leg counts as one route. Most Pilot-tier customers run 8 to 20 distinct route jobs per day. We can help you estimate your route count before you sign up based on your current dispatch volume.

No. Crisis escalation mode is included in every tier at no additional charge. We made this decision deliberately: a customer who needs to activate crisis mode should not have to think about pricing at that moment. Humanitarian organizations operating in active disaster-response contexts should contact us about mission pricing, which we offer separately from the standard tier structure.

Onboarding starts with a dedicated implementation engineer who maps your ERP and TMS data feeds to Gallatin's ingestion API. Most customers complete the technical integration in 1 to 2 business days. After that, we run a 48-hour shadow mode where Gallatin generates parallel route plans alongside your existing process, so your team can compare outputs before going live. Most customers are dispatching on Gallatin plans within 5 business days of starting. Operations and Enterprise and Relief tiers include on-site onboarding options for teams that prefer in-person setup.

Yes. Upgrades between tiers are handled mid-cycle and prorated. There is no lock-in period on the Pilot or Operations tiers; you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days notice. Enterprise and Relief contracts are structured on an annual basis with custom terms.

All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Your route and fleet data is never used to train shared models or disclosed to other customers. Enterprise customers can negotiate data residency agreements specifying where their data is stored and processed. We are happy to complete security questionnaires as part of a procurement process.

Yes. The Pilot tier is designed for exactly this. It includes full onboarding, a 48-hour shadow mode where Gallatin runs parallel to your existing dispatch process, and enough route capacity to evaluate real operational output. If you proceed to Operations or Enterprise and Relief, the transition is handled without rebuilding your integration. Contact us to discuss whether the Pilot scope matches your evaluation timeline.
